Welcome to ArealightCustoms.com. Please read the following terms and conditions of use carefully before using the ArealightCustoms store. Use of the store signifies your agreement to these terms.
- First we recommended you create an account on our site for better track your orders. We do allow anonymous ordering but please understand there is no way to login to the website to view & track your orders.
- Please contact us if you meet any trouble when placing your order when using our Paypal Express Check out service. We can do our best to deal with your order manually. We will require your Paypal e-mail address and the order id# of the order you wish to place or complete.
- Please double-check your shipping address when you check-out. We will ship to the address you provided.
- Once the order is placed you will receive an e-mail notification confirming your order. Please make sure email@example.com is not spam-blocked.
- When your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail notification stating your order has been completed which means it shipped and includes a tracking number.
- Please do not allow children to place an order without the supervision of an adult.
- Arealightcustoms.com also reserves the right to cancel your order should it be deemed necessary.
- All prices are in US Dollar and accept payment via PayPal Only!
- If you paying by E-Check, Please note that the order will process after the payment is cleared.
- Your order will usually be processed within three business days (business days M-F only, excluding holidays)
- Our shipping is carriers by Chunghwa POST which is the post of Taiwan.
- We offer two different shipping options: Letter Service and EMS. Both shipping methods will include a tracking number. However, there are some locations that we can only use the EMS shipping method.
- Currently any orders that are being shipped to Canada, France and the United Kingdoms must be shipped by EMS or International Parcels.
- The tracking number can be entered in at Chunghwa Post to check the status of your parcel. International orders will only be able to see that their order was shipped. Once it has been shipped international you can further track your package through your country’s postal service site.
- Arealightcustoms.com cannot take responsibility for lost packages unless the EMS shipping option is chosen.
- International customers are responsible for all import and/or customs fees charged by your government in addition to the shipping fees displayed below. We are unable to determine which shipments will be charged these fees or the amount of the fee that might be charged. You will be responsible for paying this fee.
- All sales are final and all charges from those sales are nonrefundable. We do not have the resources to process returns due to unwanted merchandise.
- Beware of the choking hazard these small parts can cause for children under 3 years.
- If you received the wrong items, please contact us regarding which items were shipped and we can reship the correct items should the value of the items be greater than $5 USD.
